Made from clear glass with vertical fluting running the full height, the ribbed surface catches the light and gently breaks up the look of stems below the waterline. The body tapers gently towards a slightly narrower mouth, so a loose bunch is drawn together rather than falling open, and the weight of the glass with its rounded base helps the vase stand securely once it is filled with water.
You will get plenty of use out of it throughout the year, with fresh flowers in the spring and summer, dried stems and grasses as the weather turns, and bare branches when you want something more sculptural. Left empty, the fluted glass still reads as a decorative piece on a shelf or windowsill.
