This steel muffin pan turns out a full batch of muffins or cupcakes in one bake, ready for the tin, the bake sale or the weekend treat cupboard.
Made from steel, the pan holds its shape bake after bake and conducts heat evenly across every cup, so muffins rise and colour consistently from edge to centre.
A non-stick coating lines every cup for easy release and quick washing up, and the pan is rated for oven use up to 230C, covering most muffin, cupcake and quick-bread recipes. Hand wash only; it is not dishwasher or microwave safe, which helps protect the coating over time.
The pan comes in two sizes: a 6-cup tray for smaller households or trial bakes, and a 12-cup tray for full batches and family baking.
