Overview
Sear steaks, chicken and vegetables on the hob with proper grill marks, using this square grill pan from Berlinger Haus. Its ridged base gives food the char you would expect from a grill, and the marble-effect non-stick surface lets you cook with less oil. It is a practical pan for weeknight dinners as well as weekend cooking.
The base is designed for induction, and it also suits gas, electric, halogen and ceramic hobs. The coating is free from PFOA, lead and cadmium, and the forged aluminium body heats evenly across the pan. The soft touch handle stays cool to the touch, so it is easy to lift and move about the kitchen.
Cook on the hob, then wash the pan in the dishwasher. The glass lid is not included, so the pan is sold on its own. The pan arrives in one parcel.
