I've changed my mind

  • You can request to cancel an order before processing (but this is not guaranteed). If processed but not delivered, refusal upon delivery is acceptable.
  • Unused products can be returned within 60 days, subject to conditions:
    • Products must be returned in the original packaging and in perfect resaleable condition.
    • Furniture must remain unassembled for eligibility.

Product Support

My item is faulty or damaged

  • Notify us of any defects or failures within 7 working days of delivery for a valid claim.
  • Defective or incorrect products will be replaced or refunded.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Refunds are issued in the original payment method.
  • Please contact our customer support team at cs@urbnliving.co.uk to initiate a return process.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received.
